The cry of my heart,
The wail of my mind,
Is it ever comprehended,
will she ever understand?

I have tried to keep her with me,
I want her to be here,
but she has her own life now,
and it is not a part of mine.

I see her falling away
No reality in her mind,
Life is all a game
and never all that kind.

I know I can make a difference,
I know that if I try,
she will see what is happening
and may not want to die.

What is it I can do,
what will clear her mind?
How will I make her see...
Is life always this blind?
